| 摘 要： | 脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血后的并发症之一,也是蛛网膜下腔出血患者残疾和死亡的重要原因,其发病机制至今尚不明确,目前有关血管内皮细胞功能的研究较多.von Willebrand因子(vWF)是反映血管内皮细胞功能的特异标志物,文章就vWF在脑血管痉挛中的作用做了综述.

| Abstract: | Cerebral vasospasm is one of the complications after subarachnoid hemorrhage,and it is also the important reason for disability and death in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Its pathogenesis remains unclear.At present,there are more studies about vascular endothelial cell function,yon Willebrand factor(vWF) is a specific marker in reflecting vascular endothelial cell function.This article reviews the role of vWF in cerebral vasospasm. |
