经腹膜后与经腹腔入路腹腔镜下侧位肾上腺手术临床对比分析

目的:探究经腹膜后与经腹腔入路腹腔镜下侧位肾上腺手术的治疗效果。方法:回归性分析收治的102例肾上腺手术患者为研究对象。观察两组的手术效果,进行统计学分析。结果:患者经腹膜后手术的治疗时间为40~130 min,平均手术时间为58 min;出血量为15~95 ml,平均出血量为31 ml;术后患者的住院时间在3~6 d;有2例患者出现了并发症。患者经腹膜后手术的治疗时间为45~185 min,平均手术时间为71 min;出血量为18~185 ml,平均出血量为63 ml;术后患者的住院时间在5~15 d;有4例患者出现了并发症。结论:腹腔镜下肾上腺手术需要根据患者的实际情况选择合适的方法,腹腔入路合适肿瘤较大、肾蒂前内方的患者,腹膜后适合其他一些患者。

Analysis of Approving by Retroperitoneal with the Laparoscopic Abdominal Cavity into the Road Side Adrenal Surgery Clinical Comparative

Objective To explore the retropefitoneal approach with intrapefitoneal lateral adrenal laparoscopic surgical treat- ment. Method Regression analysis of 102 cases of adrenal surgery patients in this study. The effect of surgery in two groups was observed and analyzed statistically. Results The patients with retroperitoneal surgery treatment time was 40 ~ 130 rain, mean operative time was 58rain;blood loss was 15 ~ 95 ml, average blood loss was 31 ml;postoperative hospitalization time was 3 ~ 6 d ;There were two cases of pa- tients with complications. Patients with retroperitoneal surgery treatment time was 45 ~ 185 rain, mean operative time was 71 min;blood loss was 18 ~ 185 ml,the average blood loss was 63ml;postoperative hospitalization time was 5 - 15 d;There were four cases of patients with complications. Conduslon Laparoseopic adrenaleetomy patients need to choose the appropriate method actually, abdominal approach fits with larger tumors, renal pediele front inner side of the patient,retroperitoneal fits some other patients.
