社区健康教育对糖尿病患者的治疗效果影响

目的:探讨社区健康教育对糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法:将社区已经确诊的2型糖尿病患者118例随机分为干预组59例(健康教育+药物治疗)和对照组59例(药物治疗),对两组的效果进行对比。结果:健康教育1年后,两组的空腹血糖值、随机血糖值及生活习惯方面相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:社区健康教育可有效提高糖尿病患者的血糖控制达标水平及改善其生活习惯。

Community health education on diabetes treatment effects

Objective To explore efficacy of the treatment of diabetes in community health education. Method Community has been di- agnosed with type 2 diabetes, 118 cases were randomly divided into intervention group 59 patients （health education ＋ drug treatment） and control group 59 cases （drug therapy）, to contrast the effect of the two groups. Results Health education 1 years later, the two groups of fasting blood glucose value, random blood glucose values and lifestyle habits were compared. The than differences were statistically signifi- cant （P〈O. O1 ）. Conclusion Community health education can effectively improve the level of blood sugar control of diabetes mellitus standard and improve their living habits.
