腮腺腺淋巴瘤超声表现及其病理结构对照分析

目的:研究腮腺腺淋巴瘤超声表现与病理结构之间的关系。方法:选取经病理确诊的27个腮腺腺淋巴瘤,对其声像图和对应病理结构进行分析。结果:27个腮腺淋巴腺瘤中,6个表现为不均匀的低回声结节,2个表现为均匀的低回声结节,19个表现为网格状无回声结构或均匀性低回声结节合并散在分布的囊性无回声区,以上肿瘤各有其相对应的病理组织学结构特征。结论:腮腺腺淋巴瘤的超声表现与其病理结构相对应,认识这两者之间的对应关系,有助于加深对腮腺腺淋巴瘤超声表现的认识,进而提高超声诊断准确率。

Comparative Analysis of Ultrasonography and Pathology in Adenolymphoma of Parotid Gland

Objective To investigate the relationship between ultrasonography and pathology of adenolymphoma of parotid gland. Method We selected 27 Adenolymphomas of Parotid Gland and analysised the uhrasonography and the corresponding pathological structure. Results Of 27 Adenolymphomas of Parotid Gland,6 eases showed inhomogeneous hypoechoic nodules ,2 eases showed a homoge- / neous hypoeehoic nodules,and 19 eases showed no echo grid -like structure or uniform hypoechoic nodales with scattered cystic anechoic area. All the tumors had their corresponding histological structure. Conclusion Ultrasonography of lymphoma in parotid gland corresponds to its pathological structure. Recognizing the corresponding relationship between them is helpful to deepen the understanding of ultrasonography of lymphoma in parotid gland,in order that we can improve the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound.
