汕头市1200例工伤分析与健康教育

目的掌握工伤的发生规律和有关因素以有针对性地实施健康教育。方法对汕头市2004年6月-2006年5月的1200例工伤进行调查分析。结果工伤发生率中青年较高（73.66％），另外与工人的工龄、精神状态有关；工伤发生的时间、季节有一定的规律性，工伤的多发部位与作业方式有关。结论根据以上有关因素，对企业管理人员和发生工伤高危因素的作业人员分别有针对性实施健康教育，以减少工伤的发生，保护作业者人身安全，提高经济效益和社会效益。

Analysis of 1200 Cases of Industrial Injury and Related Health Education

Objective] Mastering the law and the relevant factors of the injuries occurrence is aimed to implement targeted health education.Methods] 1200 cases of injuries were investigated and analyzed from June 2004-May 2006 in Shantou city. Results] Young and middle-aged workers had high incidence of Industrial injuries, and it related with length of service and state of mind; injuries occurred with a certain degree of time and season regularity; the injury-prone site related with operation mode.Conclusion] Based on the above factors, targeted health education should be conducted on enterprise managers and workers with high-risk factors of injury respectively in order to reduce the incidence of injuries, protect the personal safety, and improve economic and social benefits.
