贵州省社区人群吸烟行为及相关知识流行病学研究

目的为了解贵州省社区人群吸烟行为及相关知识情况,为我省心血管病防治提供流行病学依据。方法对15岁以上人群随机抽样1817人进行问卷调查。结果社区人群吸烟率高达30.5%,其中男性62.9%,女性11.3%,社区人群吸烟相关知识普遍偏低。结论贵州省社区人群吸烟行为及相关知识情况不容乐观,心血管病社区防治工作亟待加强,以减少因吸烟带来的心血管疾病负担。

The epidemiological research for smoking behavior and correlation knowledge in community crowd in Guizhou Province

Objective To understood smoking behavior and correlation knowledge in community crowd in Guizhou Privince and to provide the epidemiology basis for controls and prevents in our province cardiovascular disease. Methods Total of 1,817 people over15 years old was lamination random sampled and investigated. Results Smoking rate in community was 30.5%. Among them, male and female account for 62.9% and 11.3% respectively. The smoking correlation knowledge was general lower in community crowd in Guizhou Province. Conclusion Smoking behavior and correlation knowledge was not optimistic in community crowd in Guizhou Privince. Need to further strengthen community prevention and control of the cardiovascular disease so as to reduce the cardiovascular disease burden due to tobacco.
