吉林省安图县肺吸虫病流行病学调查

本文调查报道吉林省安图县的肺吸虫病流行情况。对1481人做了皮内试验,其阳性率为19.92％,不同人群皮内试验阳性率的高低,主要与食蛄方法、机会多寡和餐具污染有关.第一中间宿主为黑龙江短沟蜷,尚待调查证实.第二间宿主为东北蝲蛄,感染率颇高(91.81％～100％),该地区狗、猫也有肺吸虫的自然感染,虫种为二倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫.

Epidemiological Survey on Paragonimiasis in Antu County

An epidemiological survey proved that Antu county is an epidemic area of paragonimiasis.The average positive rate is 19.92% in 1,481 subjects accepted intradermal test.The different positive rates in different population are closely related to the method and amount of eating camoaro- ides deuricus and pollution of tableware. The first intermediate host is semisulcoepira amureni.The second one is cambaroides dauricus whose infection rate is very high (in Dongqing and Wanbao township,the rate reached to 100% and 91.81%).Natural infection of paragonimus westerni(diploid type)is also found in dogs and cats in this area.
