氧化锗对氯化镉诱发性小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变的影响

摘    要:本文研究了氧化锗对氯化镉诱发性小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变的影响.结果表明,氯化镉明显地增高小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率,且呈剂量反应关系,染色体损伤类型以染色单体裂隙和断裂为主,氧化锗明显地抑制氯化镉引起的小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变.

Abstract:The influence of germanium oxide on the number of Chromosome aberrations in mouse bone marrow ce11s induced by cadmium chloride was studied.The frequency of chromosome aberration in the mouse bone marrow cells to germanium oxide showed a significant and dose-dependent increase. The majority of aberrations were chromatid breaks. Germanium was found to reduce the frequency of chromosme aberration induced by cadmium.
