Survivin、Ki-67和COX-2在结直肠腺瘤旁鸡皮样黏膜中的表达及意义

目的 探讨结直肠腺瘤旁鸡皮样黏膜与腺瘤癌变关系及临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化法检测肠镜下息肉电凝电切除标本90例（腺瘤旁鸡皮样黏膜35例;腺瘤癌变组织30例;正常结直肠黏膜25例）中Survivin、COX-2及Ki-67蛋白的表达.结果 Survivin在正常结直肠黏膜中无表达,在鸡皮样黏膜和腺瘤癌变组织中的表达差别无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;Ki-67和COX-2蛋白在正常结直肠黏膜、腺瘤旁CSM和腺瘤癌变组织中均有较高表达,且二者在前两组中的表达差别有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,在后两组中的表达差别无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 结直肠腺瘤病灶旁CSM可能是一种原发性癌前病变,在结直肠腺瘤内镜下电凝电切除时应同时处理,以减少结直肠腺瘤癌变的机率.

The expression and significance of Survivin,COX-2 and Ki-67 proteinum in colorectal chicken skin mucosa beside adenoma

Objective To explore the COlTelation of chicken skin mucosa beside adenoma and adenoma canceration tissue,debate clinical significance of chicken skin mucosa beside eolorectal carcinoma. Methods To observe the expression of Survivin, COX -2 and Ki -67 in 90 cases（ cbieken skin mucosa beside adenoma 35 cases ; adenoma eanceration tissue, 30 cases; normal colorectal mueosa 25 cases ） by immunohistochemistly staining. Results The expression of Survivin was 0 in normal colorectal mucosa, and the expression of Survivin in chicken skin mucosa by the side of adenoma and adenoma canccration tissue was non statistically significant（P 〉0.05 ） ; The expression of Ki -67 and COX- 2 in normal eolorectal mucosa, chicken skin mucosa by the side of adenoma and adenoma canceration tissue was positive, non statistically significant between fore two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, statistically significant between last two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） statistically significant between last two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Chicken skin mueosa by the side of colorectal adenoma maybe primarily lesion precancerous and a risk factor of colorectal adenoma caneeration, should be early treated by the operation of electric coagulation and eleetroblation colorectal adenoma.
