首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性的调查

目的:调查影响首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性的相关因素。方法:对80例住院治疗痊愈的首发精神分裂症患者进行一年随访,根据患者的一般资料、服药依从性情况、自知力恢复程度及回归社会后的社会支持体系进行评定与分析。结果:服药依从性主要与患者的文化程度、自知力障碍程度、社会支持体系有显著性关系。结论:患者文化程度高、有自知力、社会支持系统好者,服药依从性好,复发率低。

Objective ： Investigations affecting the prognosis in patients with first - episode schizophrenia medication compliance of the relevant factors. Methods ：80 cases of hospitalized patients with first - episode schizophrenia cure one - year follow up. Results：In medication compliance in patients with level of education mainly the degree of insight disorder and social support system, have a significant sexual relations. Conclusion：Patients with high levels of education, there is insight ; social support system - well, medication compliance is good, recurrence rate is low.
