高海拔地区食管癌合并肺功能不全及糖尿病术后发生吻合口瘘的老年患者的围手术期护理

目的 探讨高海拔地区食管癌合并肺功能不全及糖尿病术后发生吻合口瘘的老年患者的围手术期护理体会.方法 回顾性分析31例高海拔地区老年食管癌合并肺功能不全及糖尿病的临床资料及术后吻合瘘的发生情况.结果 31例患者中,27例较平稳渡过围手术期,2例术后并发吻合口瘘,1例胸部伤口裂开,1例肺部感染.结论 充分了解病情,严格控制血糖,早期治疗吻合口瘘,加强围手术期监护是预防和治疗老年食管癌患者术后吻合口瘘的关键.

Perioperative nursing of elderly patients with esophageal cancer combined with pulmonary incompetence and diabetes mellitus complicated with postoperative anastomotic stoma leakage in high altitude area

Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing of elderly patient with esophageal cancer combined with pulmonary incompetence and diabetes mellitus complicated with postoperative anastomotic stoma leakage in high altitude area.Methods The clinical data of 31 elderly patients with esophageal cancer combined with pulmonary incompetence and diabetes mellitus in high altitude area were analyzed retrospectively,and the incidence of postoperative anastomotic stoma leakage was statistically studied.Results Of the 31 patients,27 had no complications during the perioperative period,2 was complicated with postoperative anastomotic stoma leakage,1 with chest wound dehiscence,and another with pulmonary infection.Conclusions The main measures of prevention and treatment of postoperative anastomotic stoma leakage may include systematic evaluation of disease,strict regulation of blood glucose,and early management of anastomotic stoma leakage and enhancement of perioperative Perioperative nursing.
