超重及肥胖不孕患者实施体外受精-胚胎移植综合性护理干预的效果

目的 探讨综合性护理干预对超重及肥胖患者妊娠结局的影响.方法 回顾分析体质指数（BMI）≥23 kg/m2接受IVF-ET治疗的112例不孕患者共125个周期,将其分为达标组和未达标组,比较治疗结局及效果.结果 达标组的临床妊娠率（53.23%）、胚胎种植率（32.31%）、活产率（46.77%）均显著高于未达标组（34.92%,21.37%,26.98%）（P＜0.05）,流产率有减少的趋势,但差异没有统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 对准备进行IVF-ET治疗的超重及肥胖患者,进行有效的综合性护理干预是非常有必要的,良好的护理干预可以明显改善妊娠结局,必要时可以延长综合性护理干预的时间.

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention to overweight and obese infertile patients implemented in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

Objective To investigate influence with comprehensive nursing intervention to overweight and obese patients' pregnancy outcome. Methods 125 cycles of 112 aciesis patients with body mass index no less than 23 kg/m2, who underwent IVE-ET, were retrospectively analyzed, which were classified into success group and failure group. We compared their therapy outcomes and effects. Results Pregnancy rate (53.23%),embryo implantation rate (32.31%) and live-birth rate (46.77%) in the success group are significantly higher than those in the failure group (34.92%, 21.37%, 26.98%, respectively) (P ＜0.05);abortion rate tends to decrease but without statistical difference (P＞0.05). Conclusions It is necessary to implement effectively comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with overweight and obesity who undergo IVF-ET. Good nursing intervention could remarkably improve pregnancy outcomes and the duration of intervention shall be prolonged as needed.
