影响哮喘患者使用支气管舒张剂的因素及对策

目的:探讨影响哮喘患者使用支气管舒张剂的因素及应对措施。方法:应用本院自制的调查表调查分析134例哮喘患者使用支气管舒张剂的影响因素。结果:134例患者中正确吸入支气管舒张剂者68例,仅占50.75%。影响患者使用支气管舒张剂的因素主要包括患者担心药物副作用、医学知识匮乏、治疗信心不足、经济困难、护理人员的专业能力差、素质低及其健康教育工作不足等方面。结论:影响哮喘患者使用支气管舒张剂的因素很多,需针对性采取应对措施,以提高其依从性,促进其早期康复。
