传染病医院护士艾滋病职业暴露的质性研究

目的 了解传染病医院护士发生艾滋病职业暴露后的生理、心理、社会感受.方法 运用质性研究中的现象学方法,对某传染病医院发生艾滋病职业暴露的6名护士进行深入访谈,分析、整理访谈资料,提炼主题.结果 护士发生艾滋病职业暴露后的感受主要有：艾滋病职业暴露后的震惊、紧张、担忧 预防性用药过程中药物的副作用对其生活、工作产生较大影响 渴望得到同事、领导、家人的理解和支持.结论 质性研究在艾滋病职业暴露的研究中具有独特作用,其研究结果从微观上描述了护士发生暴露后的生理、心理、社会方面感受,有必要对其提供情感性、医疗性、信息性的支持.

Qualitative study on occupational exposure to HIV of nurses in infectious diseases hospital

Objective To explore the physiological,psychological and social experience of the nurses with occupational exposure to HIV in infectious diseases hospital.Methods 6 nurses who exposed to HIV during work had been in-depth interviewed by adopting phenomenology method of qualitative research,then,the data was analyzed and sorted out to abstract topics.Results The exposed nurses' experience involved:shocked,nervous,anxious after occupational exposure;the side effect of post exposure prophylaxis(PEP)severely influenced their life and work;they starved for understanding and supporting from colleagues,leaders and the family.Conclusions The qualitative research play unique role in the research of occupational exposure to HIV,it indicated that there were different distresses on exposed nurses' physiological,psychological and social.Emotional,informational and medical support should be provided.
