| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨如何使喉癌术后呃逆的护理工作更系统、有效、规范.方法 对喉癌术后呃逆的护理特点进行综合分析,设计喉癌术后呃逆护理流程图,制定呃逆护理操作规程.加强对护士呃逆护理技术的培训.护士在喉癌术后患者的护理过程中严格遵照流程执行.结果 发生呃逆的25例24 h好转率为92％,72 h好转率为100％.喉癌术后患者满意度得到提高.结论 应用喉癌术后呃逆护理流规范有序.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore how to make hiccup nursing process systematic, effective and normative after laryngectomy. Methods To design the nurse flow diagram, make the nurse operating procedure,and strengthen nurse skill in hiccup nursing according to analysis on the feature of hiccup nursing after laryngectomy. Nurses followed the process exactly in their work. Results 92% patients with hiccup after laryngectomy improved in 24 hours, 100% patients improved in 72 hours. Satisfaction of patients improved after laryngectomy. Conclusions Following the hiccup nursing process can improve nursing quality and make the nurse work effective and normative. |
