甲状腺相关性眼病与甲状腺自身抗体的关系

目的探讨甲状腺相关性眼病与甲状腺自身抗体的关系。方法对原发甲减组、甲亢组、甲状腺相关性眼病组及对照组均给予促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)、甲状腺微粒体抗体(TMA)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA)检测。结果甲状腺相关性眼病组TRAb与其它三组相比差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。甲状腺相关性眼病组TGA与原发甲减组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05),与甲亢组相比则差异无显著性(P>0.05)。甲状腺相关性眼病组TMA与原发甲减组、甲亢组相比差异均具有显著性(P>0.05)。甲状腺相关性眼病组、原发甲减组、甲亢组的TRAb、TMA、TG与对照组相比差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 TRAb与甲状腺相关性眼病具有较好的相关性,对其诊断、治疗及预后有很大的临床价值,TGA、TMA与甲状腺相关性眼病的相关性则较弱。

The relationship between thyroid associated ophthalmic disease and thyroid Autoantibodies

Objective To study the relationship between patients with thyroid related eye disease and thyroid autoantibodies.Methods Patients with primary hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism and thyroid associated ophthalmic disease and control group were examined with TRAb,TMA and TGA.Results TRAb in patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy group was higher in comparison with that of other three groups（P0.05）.There was significant difference in TGA in patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy and primary hypothyroidism（P0.05）,and there was no statistical difference in TGA in patients with hyperthyroidism and other groups（P 0.05）.Thyroid correlation with primary JiaJian ophthalmopathy group TMA group,hyperthyroidism group compared all（P0.05）.Thyroid correlation ophthalmopathy group,primary JiaJian group,hyperthyroidism group,TRAb TMA and TG were compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion There is close correlation in TRAb with thyroid associated ophthlmopathy,and it has important clinical significance in its diagnosis,treatment and prognosis,and the correlation with TGA and TMA was relatively weak.
