摘    要:目的探讨ICU患者深部真菌感染的发生情况及护理干预的作用。方法回顾性分析2009年3月至2010年6月中山大学附属第三医院感染科ICU住院的36例院内深部真菌感染患者的临床资料,包括病原学、感染部位、临床转归及护理措施。结果36例患者深部真菌感染的菌株分别为:白色念珠菌占41.67%、光滑念珠菌占27.78%、季也蒙念珠菌占13.89%、曲霉菌占11.11%、热带念珠菌占5.56%;感染部位依次为下呼吸道占63.89%、肠道占22.22%、尿道占11.11%和血液占2.78%。经过严格抗真菌治疗和规范的综合护理措施,治愈23例,病情好转5例,自动出院3例,死亡5例。结论ICU患者深部真菌感染发病率较高,采取严格的综合护理干预措施对ICU患者具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical status and features of deep fungal infection and effect of nursing interventions in ICU patients. Methods Clinical data from 36 patients with fungal infection in ICU were collected and investigated, including etiology, position of infection, clinical prognosis and nursing intervention.Results The pathogens in 36 patients were blastomyces albicans (41.67%), smooth candida (27.78%),monilia guilliermondii ( 13.89% ), aspergillus ( 11.11% ) and oidium tropicale (5.56%). The respiratory tract was found the most common infective location ( 63.89% ) and other infective locations were the digestive tract (22.22%) ,urinary tract( 11.11% ) and blood (2.78%). 23 cases were cured,5 cases were improved, 3 cases discharged for uncertain reasons and 5 cases died after anti-fungus treatment and standard nursing intervention.Conclusions Deep fungal infection in ICU patients is common. Anti-fungus treatment and standard nursing intervention are very important to patient.
