| 摘 要： | 目的 以开展＂优质护理服务示范工程＂为契机,探讨护理管理的新模式,全面提高护理工作水平.方法 改革护士分工方式,明确岗位职责,完善工作规范,量化绩效考核.结果 形成了一套新的护理管理的模式,充分调动了护士工作的积极性.结论 夯实了基础护理,使整体护理水平得到了全面提高.

| Abstract: | Objective To grab the opportunity of "the high quality nursing service demonstration project", investigate the new nursing management pattern, and enhance the nursing work's level comprehensively. Methods Reform the nurses division of work pattern, and define the work's duties, and perfect the work's standardization, and quantitative the performance evaluation. Results A new set of nursing management pattern was established and the nurses' enthusiasm on work was inspired also. Conclusions Solid foundation of basal nursing and enhance the overall nursing level comprehensively. |
