摘    要:目的:探讨综合护理干预对重症脑卒中患者治疗效果的影响。方法:选择本院重症脑卒中患者60例,随机分成两组,对照组(30例)常规进行治疗护理,实验组(30例)进行综合护理干预,包括根据患者情况提供营养治疗方案,针对每例患者制定全面的护理计划和个体指导。分别对两组患者进行相关生化指标测定,以观察治疗的效果,同期观察并发症。结果:采用综合护理干预措施后,实验组总蛋白、转铁蛋白和前白蛋白等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且并发症少。结论:综合护理干预可显著改善重症脑卒中患者的营养状况,减少并发症的发生,有利于患者康复。

Abstract:Objective: To observed the treating effect of nursing intervention on severe stroke patients. Methods: A total of 60 subjects with the hospitalized severe stroke patients were randomly allocated into two groups :The experimental group were provided with nursing intervention and the control group went on normal nursing. Compared the nutritional index, and observed the incidence rate of complications. Results:After the nursing intervention, there was significant difference between study group and control group in TP, ALB, et al, there were less complications. Conclusion:The nursing intervention can improve the nutritional state and prognosis in the severe stroke patients.
