初诊青壮年肺结核患者心理体验的质性研究

目的 了解初诊青壮年肺结核患者真实的内心体验,为更好地开展临床护理工作提供依据.方法 采用现象学研究法对12例初诊的青壮年肺结核患者进行深入访谈,将获得的资料分析整理,提炼出主题.结果 初诊青壮年肺结核患者内心存在否认、焦虑、恐惧等一系列情绪变化,获取信息的需求增加,化疗过程中承受的经济压力较大,对社会支持的需求增加.结论 应关注初诊青壮年肺结核患者的内心感受,及时提供医疗性、信息性、情感性的帮助,提供经济援助及社会支持,减轻患者心理应激反应,从而提高疾病的治疗效果.

Qualitative research of mental experience in first diagnosed young tuberculosis patients

Objective To understand mental experience of first diagnosed young tuberculosis patients and provide basis for clinical nursing. Methods To make depth interviews with 12 first diagnosed tuberculosis patients through phenomenological method, to extract the theme by analyzing the data. Results First diagnosed tuberculosis patient got deny, anxiety and fear in their heart and a series of emotional changes, increased demand for access to information, greater economic pressure in the process of chemotherapy, increased demand of social support. Conclusions we should concern mental status of first diagnosed young tuberculosis patient, to provide timely medical care, information, emotion help, economic and social support to alleviate the stress response and improve treatment effect.
