心理干预对急性心肌梗死急诊PTCA及支架植入术后患者的影响分析

目的:探讨心理干预对经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术及支架植入术后患者的效果。方法:将86例接受急诊经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术及支架植入术成功的患者随机分为干预组及对照组各43例,均常规药物治疗和急性心肌梗死常规护理,干预组同时配合心理行为干预,包括心理疏导、康复指导等,均院外随访。结果:经6个月观察,干预组患者症状缓解率高于对照组(P<0.01),良好生活方式、药物依从性改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有效的心理干预能改善急诊经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术及支架植入术患者的情绪障碍及提高其药物治疗依从性,建立良好的生活方式,有效缓解临床症状,改善患者生活质量,降低死亡率。

Analysis the effect of psychological intervention on acute myocardial infarction patients after PTCA and stent inplantation

Objective：To explore the effcects of psychological intervention on patients with emegency PTCA and stent treatment.Methods： 86 acute myocardial infarction patients who successfully received emergency PTCA and stent implantation were randomly divided into intervention and control group（43 cases in each group）.For the intervention group ,additional systemic psychological and behavioral intervention were given,including psychological counseling,rhabilitation guidance.Both groups were followed up outside the hospital. Reslults： After 6 months observation,symptoms of patients in the intervention group were more significantly alleviate ,and medication compliance ,life style were better than thoses in the control group .The mortality of the intervention group was lower than the control group.Conclusion： The psychological and behavioral intervention can reduce the emotional disorders ,improve medication compliance ,establish a healthy lifestyle ,alleviate symptoms ,improve quality of life and reduce mortality.
