小儿纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗中常见问题及处理措施

目的:探讨小儿纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗中易出现的问题及采取行之有效的处理方法。方法:对400例肺泡灌洗患儿进行过程性的分析总结。结果:本组400例肺泡灌洗患儿,多数患儿的治疗过程安全顺利。其中鼻咽部出血20例,占5%,发热18例,占4.5%,发绀3例,进镜失败2例。结论:问题的出现基本发生在技术技能不娴熟、应对能力差的初期阶段。通过分析、总结、改进及采取有效护理措施,既解决了一般常见问题,又解决了危重症、疑难症患儿的治疗问题。加强责任心,提高技术操作水平,是保证诊治过程安全、顺利的关键。

Study on the patential prblems and treatment measures during the process of children's bronchoalveolar lavage

Objective： To study on the potential problems and effective treatment during the process of children＇ s bronehoalveolar lavage. Methods：To analyze and summarize the process of patients＇ alveolar wash. Results ： Among the 400 cases of alveolar - washed patients, 90% of which are successful. 20 cases of nasopharyngeal hemorrhage account for 5 % of the total, 18 cases of fever account for about 4.5 % of the total, 3 cases of cyanosis, and two cases of bronchoscope - access failure. Conclusion ： These problems usually occur during the initial process when the technical skills are not adept and the coping capacity is unsatisfied, therefore through analysis, summarization, improvement and enhancement some common problems can be smoothly solved and further treatment problems of critical and stubborn decease patients can be solved.
