血尿酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平与急性脑梗死关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨血尿酸(UA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在急性脑梗死的意义。方法对脑梗死患者70例及对照组60例正常健康人进行UA、hs-CRP检测。结果急性脑梗死患者血清UA(374.26±82.36μmol/L);hs-CRP(5.62±2.36 mg/L)水平明显高于对照组(5.62±2.36μmol/L;3.51±1.30 mg/L),差异有统计学意义(P(0.05);血清UA、hs-CRP高低与神经功能缺损严重程度有关,神经功能缺损越严重,血清UA、hs-CRP越高。结论 UA、hs-CRP与缺血性脑血管病的发生和神经功能损伤程度有关。

Abstract:Objective To study and explore the clinical significance of serum levels of uric acid(UA) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and the disease in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Serum levels of UA and hs-CRP were examined in 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction(trial group) and 60 healthy persons(control group).Results Serum levels of UA(374.26±82.36 μmol / L) and hs-CRP(5.62±2.36 mg / L) in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those of control group(5.62±2.36 μmol/L and 3.51±1.30 mg/L),and their difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The degree of increase in serum levels of UA and hs-CRP was closely related to the severity of neurologic impairment,and the degree of severity of neurological deficit was proportional to serum levels of UA and hs-CRP.Conclusion Serum levels of UA and hs-CRP are related to the occurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and the degree of severity of neurological impairment in patients.
