| 摘 要： | 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体（peroxisome proliferator—activatived receptors，PPAR）是由配体激活的转录因子，属于核激素受体超家族。PPAR的激活对调节体内的多种代谢过程有重要的作用。对于多种人体的疾病，以PPAR作为治疗靶点可以取得明显的效果。本文对PPAR的结构及其与疾病的关系作一综述。
