摘    要:本文采用大鼠在大气不同污染物浓度的环境中自然吸入暴露一定时间,处死后测定大鼠肺灌洗中肺巨噬细胞,(PMΦ)数、PMΦFe受体数、脾和肺有关淋巴结(LALN)的抗体形成细胞(PFC)和T淋巴细胞转化试验。结果大鼠在相对清洁区、居住区自然吸入105d后,上述指标均未发生变化。大鼠在煤气厂碳叱炉车间吸入一个月后,除PMΦ数无变化外,PMΦ的Fe受体数呈先激活后抑制的双相反应,LALN的PFG数和脾脏T淋巴细胞转化功能均受到抑制。

Abstract:There are many pollutants in the atmosphere that have adverse effects on human and animal immune functions. This paper describes the number of alevolar macrophages, the number of anti-SRBC (Sheep red blood cell) plaque-forming cells (PFC) and initogenic response to PHA in lung-associated lymph nodes and spleens after the rats were naturally exposed to various levels of atmospheric pollution for different periods of time. No changes were noted in the above-mentioned immuno-logical indices after 105 days in a relatively clear suburban area and an urban residential area. After the rats were naturally exposed in a gas factory for 30 days, the number of Fc receptors showed an initial increase followed by a secondary decrease, the number of PFC in lung-associated lymph nodes was suppressed and the function of T-lymphooyie transformation was also inhibited.
