南充地区新生儿败血症的病原菌及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的了解近2年新生儿败血症的病原菌分布及其耐药状况。方法对2005年1月~2006年11月我院新生儿血培养结果进行分析和总结。结果69株阳性标本中表皮葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别占26.08%、15.94%和13.04%,对多种抗生素耐药,青霉素、苯唑西林的耐药率分别为100.ooA、94.4%及88.88%,均对万古霉素敏感,仅1株溶血葡萄球菌耐药;革兰阴性菌中大肠埃希菌占首位,其次为肺炎克雷伯菌、假单胞菌属、肠杆菌属,对氨苄头孢唑林、青霉素耐药率均为100%;抗菌活性较好的药物是亚胺培南、环丙沙星、头孢噻肟、氯霉素和庆大霉素。结论葡萄球菌是新生儿败血症的主要病原菌;新生儿败血症的病原菌具有多重耐药性,应积极防治。

Abstract:Objective To expound the distribution of pathogens causing neonatal septicemia and their antibiotic resistance. Methods The results in blood culture of newborns in our hospital from January 2005 to November 2006 were analyzed. Results Among the 69 positive samples of blood culture, the positive ratio of Staphylococcus epidermidis, S. staphylolysin and S. aureus was 26.08%, 15.94% and 13. 04%, respectively. Furthermore, they were multiresistant. The ratio of resistance of S. epidermidis, S. staphylolysin and S. aureus to penicillin and meticillin was 100%, 94.40% and 88. 88%, but all were sensitive to vancomycin. Among Gram- negative bacteria, Escherichia coli was the mostly seen pathogenic bacteria, followed by Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudo monas, and Enterobacter. The ratio of resistance of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to ampicillin, cefazolin, and penicillin was 100%. The antibiotics with low drug resistance were imipenem, ciprofloxacin, cefotaxime, chloramphenicolum and gentamycin. Conclusion Staphylococcus is one of the main pathogens causing neonatal septicemia. These pathogens are multiresistant, and antibacterial therapy should follow the result of drug-sensitive test.
