| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床药师在临床药学服务中的作用。方法：通过分析临床药师的职责,药师全方位面向临床,包括协助医师合理用药、个体化治疗的推行以及问题医嘱监督、药学知识的普及等各角度进行分析。结果：药师在临床的医疗服务中起到了很好的协助作用。结论：临床药学服务的开展有利于临床医疗质量的提高。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical pharmacists in clinical pharmacy services in the role. Method： through the analy- sis of clinical pharmacists＇ duty of pharmacists, all-round for clinical rational drug use, including assist physicians, individualized treat- ment and the implementation of medical supervision problem, pharmacy knowledge popularization and the angle analysis. Results： Phar- macists in the clinical medical service played a very gcrgd help. Conclusion： the clinical pharmacy services is propitious to improve the quality of clinical medical. |
