摘    要:目的:探讨多平面重组、三维CT成像及CT仿真内镜技术在泌尿系病变诊断中的价值。方法:分析30例泌尿系病例,分别进行多平面重组(MPR)、三维(3D)成像及CT仿真内镜(CTVE),并与(IVU)图像和膀胱纤维内镜进行比较。结果:MPR、3D和CTVE重组图像能更好的从多方位显示病变形态及其与周围组织之间平面和空间的关系,无盲区。结论:MPR、3D和CTVE图像是轴面图像和纤维内镜的重要补充,为泌尿系病变的术前诊断、定位和治疗方法及手术入路提供了客观依据,具有很高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To find out the value of the application of MPR and 3D imaging and CTVE in diagnosis of urologic diseases.Methods:The images from MPR and 3D imaging and CTVE were compared with 30 cases of urologic diseases from IVU and fiberendoscope,respectively.Results:There was advantage in showing the figure of lesions by multiple orientation and indicating the plane and space relationships between lesions and peripheral tissues without blind area.Conclusion:As the complement of axial-position image and fiberendoscope,the application of MPR and 3D imaging and CTVE have important clinical value to provide objective reference to the diagnosis and determine the lesion location and treatment and operation approach before operation in urologic diseases.
