摘    要:目的研究染锰对小鼠精子生成的影响,并探讨其时间-效应关系和剂量-效应关系.方法将雄性小鼠随机分为3个染锰组和1个对照组,给予各组小鼠腹腔注射7.5、15.0、30.0mg/kg氯化锰和生理盐水,分别于第3、7、14、28、56d各组处死5只小鼠,观察精子计数.结果各染锰组分别于染锰不同时间出现精子数量的降低,且随着染锰剂量的增加和时间的延长而逐渐加重.结论氯化锰可对小鼠精子生成有明显的损害作用,且有一定的时间-效应关系和剂量-效应关系.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of manganese chloride exposure on spermatogenesis in mice, and explore the dose effects and time effects. Methods The study mice were divided into 3 treatment groups with manganese chloride (7.5,15.0,30.0mg/kg) and 1 control group with NS. The quantity of sperm was investigated after 5 different time (3,7,14,28,56d) i.p. administration MnCl 2 (7.5,15,30mg/kg). Results Results shows the quantity of sperm were significantly decreased after different time in exposed groups respectively. Conclusions It is suggested that MnCl 2 might damage the spermatogenesis in mice,and there existed dose effects and time effects.
