曲安奈德腕管内注射治疗轻度腕管综合征的临床研究

摘    要:目的 观察曲安奈德腕管内注射治疗轻度腕管综合征的临床疗效.方法 选取74例轻度腕管综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组37例使用曲安奈德药物腕管内注射治疗;对照组37例使用超短波治疗仪患处局部疗法加用丹参和维生素B1、B6、B12等药物治疗.结果 观察组疗效与对照组的差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)、观察组复发率与对照组的差别也有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论 曲安奈德腕管内注射治疗轻度腕管综合征的临床疗效明显,优于其他保守疗法,且见效快,复发率低,临床评价疗效满意.

Abstract:Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of mild carpal tunnel syndrome with triamcinolone acetonide injected into the carpal tunnel.Methods Selects 74 example mild carpal tunnel syndrome to draft the patient to divide into the observation group and the control group stochastically,which the observation group injected with triamcinolone acetonide into the carpal tunnel while the control group 37 example use ultrashort wave treatment meter as local treatment adds with salvia miltiorrhiza and vitamin B1,B6,B12.Results There were significant difference for the curative effect and recurrence rate(P<0.05) between observation group and control group.Conclusion Triamcinolone Acetonide in the carpal tunnel injects was effective treating mild carpal tunnel syndrome,and surpasses the other conservative treatments.It also effect quickly and the recurrence rate is low.The clinical curative effect is satisfied.
