摘    要:目的 优化治带片处方中药材的提取工艺.方法 采用正交试验,以苦参碱的含量为考察目标,对治带片处方中药材的提取工艺条件进行优化.结果 苦参的提取工艺为:每次加10倍量水,浸泡1h,提取2次,每次煎煮2.5 h.结论 该制备工艺合理,有效成分提取率高.

Abstract:Objective To establish the optimal extraction technology for Zhidai Tablet.Methods The content of sophocarpidine was set as the observation index for the optimization of extraction technology for with orthogonal test.Results The optimal extraction conditions were 1o-fold water,soaking for one hour,extraction for 2 times,decocting for 2.5 hours each time.Conclusion The optimal extraction technology is rational,stable and effective.
