| 摘 要： | 脂肪干细胞上一类存在于脂肪组织中，能够自我更新、具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞，在一定的条件下可以分化成许多具有特定功能的细胞系，具有一般干细胞的特点，可作为组织工程的种子细胞。本文就脂肪干细胞的生物学特性及其在骨组织工程中的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs) are adult stem cells,which exist in adipose tissue,have the ability of self-renew and multiplex differentiation.ADSCs have the general characteristics of stem cells and can be used as seed cells in tissue engineering.The biological characteristics and the research progress of ADSCs in bone tissue engineering were reviewed. |
