健康教育对冠脉介入诊疗并发症影响的Meta分析

目的 对国内健康教育干预对冠心病介入诊疗并发症的影响进行评价.方法 数据库检索国内相关文献,据一定纳入和排除标准筛选文献,并按Cochrane系统评价手册5.0的文献质量评价办法对纳入研究进行方法学质量评价,而后提取有效数据并采用RevMan5.1软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入7个随机对照试验,方法学质量均为B级.Meta分析结果显示,健康教育干预组与常规护理组在术后并发症尿潴留、局部红肿、拔管综合征、伤口出血的发生率方面差异具有统计学意义,其RR(95％CI)分别为0.17(0.10,0.29)、0.13(0.04,0.42)、0.09(0.02,0.31)、0.35 (0.21,0.59).结论 健康教育干预可减少冠脉介入诊疗术后并发症如尿潴留、局部红肿、拔管综合征、伤口出血的发生率.

META ANALYSIS ON EFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION TO CORONARY HEART DISEASES PATIENTS UNDERGOING INTERVENTIONAL DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

ObjectiveTo evaluate whether domestic health education intervention has remarkable influence on complication of coronary heart diseases patients undergoing interventional diagnosis and treatment.Methods Correlative domestic literature searched by computer was brought into this research according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and evaluated by Cochrane Reviewer’s Handbook 5.0 as well.Then effective data was extracted and Meta analyzed by RevMan5.1 software.Results Cochrane Reviewer’s Handbook 5.0 evaluations were B of the total 7 eligible studies of randomized controlled trial.Meta analysis showed significant differences in Postoperative complications included urinary retention 0.17(0.10,0.29),local swelling 0.13(0.04,0.42),extubation syndrome 0.09(0.02,0.31),and wound bleeding 0.35(0.21,0.59).Conclusions The health education intervention may reduce the incidence rate of some postoperative complications of coronary heart diseases patients undergoing interventional diagnosis and treatment.
