| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在子宫肌瘤发生、发展中的作用及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测30例子宫肌瘤组织和相应子宫肌层组织中PCNA的阳性表达水平.结果 (1)在子宫肌瘤组织中PCNA的表达明显高于子宫肌层组织.(2)不同分类子宫肌瘤组织中PCNA的表达无显著差异.结论 PCNA的表达水平与子宫肌瘤的发生、发展有密切关系.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects and clinical significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen PCNA during the occurrence and progression of myoma of uterus.Method Test 30 cases of myoma of uterus organizations and expression of(PCNA)in normal case by immunohistochemistry S-P method.Result(1)The PCNA of expression in myoma of uterus is significantly higher than in normal uterus muscle.(2)The expressions of PCNA in different kind of myoma organizations are not significantly different.Conclusion the expression of PCNA has a close relationship with myoma of uterus during its development. |
