护理干预对经下肢静脉介入溶栓治疗患者焦虑水平的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对经腘静脉介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者焦虑水平的影响。方法:将80例首次接受腘静脉介入治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例。对照组采用术前常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施支持性心理治疗、音乐治疗与想象训练、专科疾病健康教育等护理干预措施。比较两组患者干预前后心理指标、生理指标、睡眠时间。结果:护理干预后干预组患者心理指标、生理指标、睡眠时间均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:护理干预对介入治疗患者术前情绪有改善作用,可缓解介入治疗患者焦虑水平。

Effect of nursing intervention on the level of anxiety of the patients undergoing interventional thrombolytic therapy via the veins of lower extremity

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the level of anxiety of the patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)treated with interventional thrombolytic therapy via popliteal vein of lower extremity.Methods: 80 DVT patients who first received interventional thrombolytic therapy via popliteal vein of lower extremity were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group(40 cases in each group).The routine preoperative nursing care was taken in the control group and the additional comprehensive nursing interventions were carried out in the intervention group,including supportive psychotherapy,music therapy,imagination training and health education on specialized diseases.The psychological index,physiological index and sleep time were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results: The psychological index,physiological index and sleep time were superior in the intervention group to the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: The nursing intervention can improve the mood of patients before operation and relieve their anxiety.
