藏药全缘叶绿绒蒿不同提取部位对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 筛选藏药全缘叶绿绒蒿抗CCl4小鼠急性肝损伤的有效部位.方法 采用CCl4(0.15%,腹腔注射)制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定各组小鼠血清ALT、AST的活性及肝脏指数,观察肝组织的病理损伤程度.对全缘叶绿绒蒿不同提取部位进行保肝活性筛选,并与联苯双酯进行对照.结果 与正常对照组相比,模型组小鼠血清ALT、AST活性显著升高(P<0.01),肝脏出现不同程度坏死及变性;与模型组比较,乙酸乙酯组能显著降低小鼠血清ALT、AST活性(P<0.01),与联苯双酯组无显著性差异(P>0.05),并能明显减轻CCl4引起的肝组织结构损伤.结论 藏药全缘叶绿绒蒿乙酸乙酯提取部位具有较强保肝作用.

Abstract:Objective To screen the active components extracted from Tibetan medicinal herb Meconopsis integrifolia and find out the parts which can protect against acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.Methods Murine acute liver injury models were induced by CCl4(0.15%,Intraperitoneal injection).The hepatoprotective activity was selected by experiments on water extracts and different parts of extracts,and to take Bifendate Pills as control,then determined activities of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and examined the liver indexes,observed the pathological changes of hepatic tissue.Results Compared with the control group,the liver indexes and the activities of serum ALT,AST in model group were significantly increased(P<0.01)and the liver was shown mild,moderate and severe necrosis and degeneration;compared with the model group,the activities of serum ALT,AST in the ethyl acetate extracts group were decreased significantly(P<0.01)and the liver damage induced by CCl4 was reduced remarkably;while compared with the bifendate group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Ethyl acetate extracts of Tibetan medicine Meconopsis integrifolia has a better hepatoprotective effect.
