| 摘 要： | 目的探讨耳软骨管法在治疗招风耳畸形中的疗效。方法对13只招风耳行耳整形术，通过耳软骨法使耳廓和乳突的距离缩小，减小颅耳角，纠正招风耳畸形。结果13只招风耳术后随访1～24个月，均获得满意效果，无复发。结论耳软骨管法操作简单易行，效果确切，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of ear cartilage-folding method in treating prominent ears.Methods Thirteen prominent ears were received auricle reconstruction.Ear cartilage-folding method was used to decrease the distance between auricula and mastoid process,and also the cranioauriculat angle so as to correct prominent ears.Results Thirteen cases of proment ears were followed up from 1 to 24 months and all of the ears achieved satisfactory effects,no recurrence was observed.Conclusion Ear cartilage-folding method is easy,reliable and worthy to be popularized. |
