髋关节置换治疗老年人股骨颈骨折和股骨头坏死的临床分析

目的探讨髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折和股骨头坏死的疗效,为髋关节置换术的适应证、手术方式、术后锻炼、护理、并发症的预防及诊治等提供依据。方法对82例老年股骨颈骨折(46例)和股骨头坏死(36例)的患者进行髋关节置换治疗并做回顾性分析。结果所有病人均安全度过手术期,随访的80例患者中按照Harris评分:优59例,良13例,可7例,差1例,优良率为90%。结论通过严格的术前综合评估,合适的假体选择和固定方法,髋关节置换能够在老年股骨颈骨折和股骨头坏死中取得良好的临床疗效。
