| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声在射频消融术治疗子宫腺肌瘤中的临床价值。方法选择自愿接受超声引导下射频治疗子宫腺肌瘤的患者54例,根据术中腺肌瘤治疗范围分为大于腺肌瘤边界2 mm、等于腺肌瘤边界和小于腺肌瘤边界2 mm三组,于术后1、3及6个月行超声及临床随访,比较三组的疗效。结果三组患者在射频消融术后1、3、6个月子宫腺肌瘤体积均逐渐缩小,瘤体回声均明显增强呈高回声,随时间延长,10例瘤体内出现局部液化及钙化灶。三组治疗6个月后的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,54例患者中50例临床症状明显好转或消失,大于腺肌瘤边界2 mm组中和等于腺肌瘤边界组各2例临床症状无明显改善。治疗后,54例患者均无严重并发症,大于腺肌瘤边界2 mm组中4例出现腰酸腹痛症状。结论子宫腺肌瘤治疗范围在大于腺肌瘤边界2 mm、等于腺肌瘤边界和小于腺肌瘤边界2 mm时同样有效,而后两组更快捷、便利、安全。超声在射频消融治疗子宫腺肌瘤的术前、术中、术后等阶段均具有重要作用。
