| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿司匹林联合小剂量氯吡格雷抗血小板治疗高龄老年不稳定型心绞痛（UA）患者的心血管事件发生率及安全性。方法选择诊断明确的UA患者120例,随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）,对照组采用阿司匹林（0.1g,1次/d）等冠心病二级预防药物治疗;治疗组在以上治疗的基础上加用小剂量氯吡格雷（50mg,1次/d）,观察用药12个月心血管事件发生率,并评价其安全性。结果与对照组比较,治疗组能降低主要终点事件的发生率（P〈0.05）,而两组出血事件发生率无明显差别（P〉0.05）。结论阿司匹林联合小剂量氯吡格雷抗血小板治疗在高龄老年UA患者中的疗效肯定且安全。
