| 摘 要： | 目的研究乙胺丁醇（EMB）体外诱导结核分枝杆菌耐药性,指导临床合理用药。方法对结核分枝杆菌H_（37）Rv实施乙胺丁醇耐药性诱导试验,对诱导菌侏和34株耐药临床分离株进行聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性（PCR-SSCP）和测序分析（DS）。结果 12株耐药临床分离株和第8代H_（37）Rv诱导株的PCR-SSCP出现异常电泳图谱,DS证实发生embB306 ATG→GTG突变。结论长期间歇低浓度药物刺激能够诱导结核分枝杆菌获得性耐EMB。
