腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张术后并发症的护理

目的探讨腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张术后并发症的护理措施。方法回顾分析2006年12月至2009年12月采取腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张258例,并对术后并发症进行分析总结。结果 258例(共337条肢体)共出现5种并发症,分别为:皮下淤血、水肿148例;皮肤烧伤5例;血栓性静脉炎17例;隐静脉损伤14例;创面感染、伤口延迟愈合2例。结论大隐静脉高位结扎+腔内激光闭塞治疗下肢浅静脉曲张是一项新技术,疗效确切。加强对术后病人的观察和护理,有助于及时发现并处理并发症,促进患者早日复。

Nursing measures of lower limb superficial varicosity patients after Endovenous laser therapy

Objective Nursing measures of lower limb superficial varicosity patients after Endovenous laser therapy（hereafter refers to as EVLT） were studied in this paper.Methods Review of 258 EVLT operation cases for the lower limb superficial varicosity from December 2006 to December 2009,and complications were analyzed and corresponding nursing measures were recommended.Results 5 kind of complications were appeared respectively in 258 examples（altogether 337 limbs）,including： 148 cases of Hypodermic extravasated blood and body dropsy,5 cases of skin burn,17 cases of thrombotic phlebitis,14 cases of injury of saphenous vein,2 cases of wound burn infection and late healed.Conclusion High ligation of great saphenous vein combined with EVLT was a novel technology to treat the lower limb superficial varicosity patients with good curative effects.Strengthening patients observation and nursing after operation could reduce complication occurrence and be helpful to the patients recovering.
