| 摘 要： | 老年肺结核有逐年增多趋势。本文通过对老年肺结核的临床症状中需要关注的重点问题、胸部影像学检查的价值及合理评价、结核病相关的化验检查及合并症情况等进行综合分析,提示老年肺结患者早期诊断困难,极易误诊、漏诊,临床上应高度重视。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients becomes more and more frequent in recent years.In this paper we discussed the key points of clinical symptoms,the value and evaluation of chest radiological examination,laboratory tests and complications of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly individuals.The early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis is difficult.Misdiagnoses or missed diagnoses are quite frequent,which deserve great attention clinically. |
