中西医结合治疗肛周脓肿140例

目的；观察中西医结合治疗肛管直肠周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法：以一期切开引流根治手术治疗为主，术后口服以五味消毒饮为基本方的中药为辅。结果：该病140例，一期痊愈132例，占94．3％；行二次手术8例，仅占5．7％。结论：采用中西医结合治疗方法，不仅明显缩短了治疗时间，而且避免了病人多次手术的痛苦，减少了复发的可能性，节约了医疗成本，提高了住院期间的效费比，值得临床推广、应用。

TCM Treatment of 140 cases of perianal abscess

Objective To observe the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of perianal abscess in clinical effieaey. Way to a radical surgical incision and drainage mainly to Qingrejiedu Tang after oral administration of the basic side, supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine. The results of 140 cases of the disease, a cure rate of 94.3%, line Second surgery patients accounted for only 5.7%. Conclusions The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods, not only significantly reduced the treatment time and avoid the pain of patients with, maltiple operations, redueingthepossibilityofrecurrence, saving the health care costs, improve the hospital＇s enst-effeetive, worthy to be popularized and applied.
