端粒酶活性在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

探讨端粒酶活性在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其作用为ＮＳＣＬＣ肿瘤标记物和治疗靶点的可能性。方法：采用端粒重复扩增法研究了７４例ＮＳＣＬＣ组织及周围百癌组织、１０例肺良性病变组织端粒酶活性表达。结果７４例ＮＳＣＬＣ组织６９例（９３．２４％）有端粒酶活性表达，７４例周围非癌组织有９例。

The expression of telomerase activity in non-small-cell lung cancer and its clinic significance

Objective: To investigate the telomerase activity expression in the non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC)and the possibility of the telomerase activity as tumor marker and treatment target of NSCLC. Methods: Using PCR-based telomeric repeats amplification protocol(TRAP) assay, we examined telomerase activity in 74 samples of NSCLC and 74 samples of normal lung tissue,10 samples of lung benign lesion and lesion-adjacent tissues. Results:Telomerase activity was detected in 93. 24% (69/74) of NSCLC, 12. 16% (9/74) of normal lung tissues, 20% of the benign lesions(2/ 10 ) and none in benign lesion-adjacent tissues. The frequency of telomerase expression was not associated with histologic types, differentiation, tumor size and pathologic stages. Conclusions: The expression of telomerase is frequent in NSCLC, it may be used as a tumor marker for diagnosis and may become a new target for NSCLC treatment.
