| 摘 要： | 目的:评价按中医临床诊疗路径治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,并对相关影响因素进行分析。方法:电话回访145例已接受中医临床诊疗路径治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,获取相关资料,并进行统计分析。结果:治疗总有效率是94.5%,其中优27例(18.6%),良55例(37.9%),可55例(37.9%),差8例(5.5%)。性别、年龄、病程、突出节段及治疗后时间对临床疗效无明显影响。结论:运用中医临床诊疗路径治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,适用范围广,值得推广。

An analysis of relevant factors and efficacy evaluation of treating LIDH in TCM clinical path |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy for treating lumbar disc herniation by TCM clinical path,and related factors were analyzed.Methods:Statistical analysis of 145 cases of lumbar disc herniation has accepted treating by TCM clinical path.Results:The overall response rate was 94.5%,excellent in 27 cases(18.6%) ,good in 55 cases(37.9%) ,medium in 55 cases(37.9%) and poor in 8 cases(5.5%) .Gender,age,disease duration,highlight segments,and time after treatment had no significant effect on clinical efficacy.Conclusion:Treating LIDH by TCM clinical path was reliable for a wide range.It was worth promoting. |
