| 摘 要： | 目的对医务人员幸福感影响因素研究,为提高医疗服务质量和队伍稳定提供参考。方法选取汉川市12家一、二级医院,应用问卷调查法对350名医务人员进行工作幸福感调查。结果进入回归方程的变量有健康状况(标准化回归系数Sβ=0.213)、职称(Sβ=0.204)、压力应对(Sβ=0.150)、性别(Sβ=0.135)和兴趣爱好(Sβ=0.135)。结论影响汉川市医务人员幸福感的因素按作用大小依次是健康状况、职称、压力应对、性别和兴趣爱好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To get the information about the well-being feeling of medical workers,and the influence factors.Methods 12 rural or second grade hospitals in Hanchuan were included.Well-being feeling questionnaire was used to examine 350 subjects of the workers.Results Five factors entered the regression model,including physical health(Sβ=0.213),the title of a technical position(Sβ=0.204),mastery of stress(Sβ=0.150),sex(Sβ=0.135) and personal hobbies(Sβ= 0.135) respectively.Conclusion Principal factors affecting the well-being feeling of medical workers are followed by physical health,the title of a technical position,mastery of stress,sex and the personal hobbies. |
