| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的可行性及安全性.方法 对104例急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 手术时间40～120 min,出血量10～150 ml,腹腔引流95例,平均住院时间7.2d,中转17例,中转率16.3％,术后胆漏5例,经保守治疗痊愈.结论 准确掌握急性胆囊炎腹腔...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis.Methods retrospective analysis was done on 104 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy to acute cholecystitis.Results Average operating time was 40~120 min,bleeding quantity 10~150 ml,abdominal cavity draining in 95 cases,average hospitalize time 7.2 days,transferring to laparotomy in 17 cases,transferring rate 16.3%.Conclusion Exactly handle the indication of laparoscopic cholecystectomy to acute cholecystitis,the operation is safety and feasible.and timely conversion to open surgery is an important safety of LC operation. |
