THE CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON INTRAHEPATIC BILE DUCT STONE BY SURGICAL TREATMENT IN ELDERLY PATIENTS

Objective To study the treatment of old patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone.Methods Retrospective clinical studies were performed on 75 elderly patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone. 28 cases were treated by common bile duct exploration and internal drainage. 25 cases were removed by common bile duct exploration and fiber biliary endoscopy. 22 cases were treated by hepatectomy. Results The excellent and good rate were obviously lower in the common bile duct exploration and internal drainage group than in the other groups. The residual stone rate were obviously lower in the hepatectomy group than other groups. Conclusion Treatment of hepatectomy is worthy of being recommended in old patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone.
