肝内胆管结石126例外科治疗体会

SURGICAL TREATMENT EXPERIENCE OF 126 PATIENTS WITH INITRAHEPATOLITHIASIS

Objective To explore the effect and operative techniques of surgical treatment for primary hepatolithiasis.Methods Data of 126 patients hospitalized for hepatolilhiasis from January 2005 to Ocotober 2010 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results There was no mortality in operation.The incidence of complications after operation was 13.6%,including bile fistula(3 cases),bile tract bleeding(5cases),lunginfection(2 cases),biliary serious infection(1 cases),wound dehiseence(2 cases),incision fat liquefaction(4 cases),subphrenic abscess and abdominal hemorrhage did not happen among these cases.In the operation groups,the rate of residual stones after operation was 16.6%(21/126).Conclusion the modern imaging technology,and choose the proper reoperation way,remove obstruction,remove the etiology,intraoperative and postoperative with biliary mirror stone-free,enhance the curative effect,lower residual stone rate,avoid reoperation.
